Hello Tenfold is a boutique stationery company specializing in whimsical and vintage-inspired wedding invitations.

I started Hello Tenfold in 2009, just a year or two after starting my graphic design career and around the time of my own wedding. I shared my own wedding invitations and other paper goods on my blog, Mint, and had enough interest that I started a modest Etsy shop. Over the next year, the shop grew and became my full time job. Since 2009, Hello Tenfold has moved from my dining room table, to a home office, to a studio in downtown Durham, North Carolina, where I now spend my days designing, assembling envelope liners, talking stationery details, and shipping orders all over the world.

There are two things I really love about my job. The first is interacting with the brides and grooms I work with on a daily basis. You’ll notice that I’m quick to respond to emails and Etsy convos. I know what it’s like to plan a wedding, and I do my best to help people find options that will fit their budget, and to answer all their questions about time frame, etiquette, invitation wording, etc. Customer service is an important piece of Hello Tenfold.

The other thing I love about my job is how a couple’s customizations can completely change a design. Whether it’s choosing a different pattern for a card’s background or envelope liner, or changing colors and fonts, I love seeing my designs change to fit a couple’s vision for their big day.
